The newly reimagined Yuma Boys & Girls Club officially opened its doors with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking a major milestone for local families. Thanks to strong support from the City of Yuma, community partners, and generous donors—including $100,000 from the Yuma City Council and $14,000 from the Fort Yuma Quechan Tribe—the Club is ready to provide children with a safe, positive, and affordable place to learn and grow.
Inside, kids will find a variety of programs and activities, from arts and crafts to an NBA-approved basketball program and computer skills training. The Club is already buzzing with laughter and excitement as members make the space their own.
Looking ahead, BGCAZ plans to expand teen programs this summer, offering even more opportunities for connection, creativity, and fun.
